This position is for a Test Technician III on the 2nd shift, working onsite. The role involves following blueprints and guidelines to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. The technician will perform functional testing, monitor tests, record data, service equipment, and document results. They will demonstrate proper use of tools and test equipment, load and unload electronic equipment, and comply with quality systems and continuous improvement efforts. The role also requires meeting deadlines, acquiring necessary skills and certifications, adhering to safety and hazardous waste disposal programs, and following production schedules and quality requirements. Understanding the end use of manufactured products, proficiently using computer tools like SAP, and following work instructions are essential. The technician should demonstrate initiative, train others, interface with other functional groups, participate in waste minimization and audits, and request tools and supplies as needed.
