Test Technician II- Microwave SOuth 2nd Shift
About The Position
We are seeking a Test Technician for our second shift manufacturing team. This position supports our 2nd Shift, with a 10% pay premium while working from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, on a 4/10 work week (Monday to Thursday). Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the nature of the role, this position requires full-time, 100% onsite work at a BAE Systems facility. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings diagrams, hardware specifications, schematics, or written work instructions.
- Must work well with a team.
- Experience in using Excel.

- Experience in microelectronics and RF testing.
Responsibilities
- Performing routine and varied tasks to ensure that production standards are met.
- Sets up, calibrates, tests and troubleshoots production assemblies, ranging from simple to complex.
- Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
- Lays out and assembles units for production equipment according to designs and specifications.
- Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed.
- Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches.
- Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed.
- Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.
- May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
