The Test Technician I will be responsible for adhering to all ESD and Board Handling procedures, including Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements. This role involves identifying faulted components or manufacturing defects on production printed circuit boards, reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting, and performing functional and boundary scan tests. The technician will also manage software backups, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on tester control computers, support production test operator training, and participate in test process improvements. Creating test reports, interfacing with cross-functional departments and customers, and utilizing the Clarity application for yield/troubleshooting data are key aspects of this position. The role requires compliance with NEOTech standards and ISO procedures, training other technicians, supporting 6S objectives, and potentially working overtime or Saturdays.
