About The Position

We Protect Those Who Protect Us. Join us in BAE's Countermeasures and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area as a Test Technician III for the Area 5 Factory. In this product line you will be supporting next-generation countermeasures to help aircraft answer evolving threats. The Test Technician III will be responsible for performing routine and varied tasks to ensure production standards are met for several programs in our factory. This role involves setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting assembly configurations, including conducting environmental stress screening (ESS) tests on production assemblies and units. The technician will utilize a wide array of standard test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers, to perform operational tests on moderately complex production components and subassemblies. Working closely with engineering instructions and standard test procedures, the Test Technician III will interpret data, diagnose malfunctions, designate rework instructions, and approve or reject test results to ensure the highest quality of product. Due to the nature of the role, this position is 100% on-site at the Canal Street facility, Nashua, NH.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of work experience in electronic testing
  • Understands test instruments such as Oscilloscope, multi meters, RF analyzers
  • Effective communication and team work
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
  • Must be able to lift 20-30lbs.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • RF and digital analog experience

Responsibilities
