About The Position

A Test Technician is responsible for the functional testing, verification, and debugging of Radio Frequency (RF) modules. This role ensures that all hardware meets stringent performance specifications and quality standards before delivery. The technician will operate complex test equipment, execute detailed test procedures, and perform root-cause analysis on failing components to support the production cycle. Requirements

  • Proven experience in RF/Microwave testing.
  • Strong understanding of RF fundamentals (S-parameters, impedance matching, signal flow).
  • Hands-on experience with VNAs and Spectrum Analyzers.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
  • Ability to perform board-level troubleshooting.
  • Typically a High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automated test equipment (ATE).
  • Basic scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
  • Familiarity with soldering and rework of small surface-mount (SMD) components.
  • Prior experience in a defense or aerospace manufacturing environment.

Benefits

  • You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10% pay premium.
