About The Position
Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior-Level Test Systems Engineer to lead and support enterprise test and evaluation efforts across complex GEOINT environments. This role enables mission-critical capabilities across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal partners, ensuring reliable and accurate GEOINT delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or: 12+ years of experience as a Test Systems Engineer in lieu of a degree
- 12+ years of experience with test management and defect-tracking tools
- Experience with three or more of the following tools and technologies: JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee
- GitHub / GitLab
- Java, Bash, Curl, XML, JSON, SQL, Python, JavaScript
- AWS and C2S
- Experience working within traditional, Agile, and DevOps development environments and associated testing strategies
- Active TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
- Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
- Working knowledge of software development frameworks
Responsibilities
- Guide Mid- and Junior-level engineers performing application, system, and integration testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies
- Perform testing of applications and APIs within DevOps pipelines using government and industry best practices
- Conduct independent integration testing of system software and hardware to verify compliance with requirements
- Plan and execute manual testing and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages
- Support technical investigations, defect identification, and resolution during testing activities
- Utilize test management and defect-tracking tools to support test execution, reporting, and quality assurance
