About The Position

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking individuals to join its Engineering Development Program (EDP) at Pratt & Whitney. This program offers a foundation to work on complex problems, advance skills, and contribute to a safer, more connected world. Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems, is revolutionizing modern flight. The EDP is a 2.5-year program consisting of three 9-month rotations in distinct disciplines within the test engineering organization. The program aims to provide breadth and depth in technical experiences, expanding professional and technical competencies. Upon completion, participants return to their original hiring group, in this case, Test Systems Engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship or co-op experience in the aerospace and defense industry, especially with Pratt & Whitney or other Raytheon Technologies companies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a consistent record of collaboration, innovation, and initiative
