About The Position
MAG Aerospace is hiring a Test Support Technician to support developmental test and evaluation tasks in the aviation security technology industry. The role includes test setup, execution, and data collection at the TSA System Integration Facility in Arlington, Virginia. Supported activities include observing corrective and preventive maintenance, installations, removals and relocations, upgrades, and deliveries. This role does not support remote work.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA suitability clearance.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Prior experience as a DHS/TSA Transportation Security Officer.
- Four years of experience as a DHS/TSA Transportation Security Officer.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Associate of Arts/Associate of Science degree or a two-year technical school certificate in Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate system logs of all activity.
- Observe Site Acceptance Tests, system installations, movement, and decommissioning.
- Escort visitors and vendors.
- Set up test equipment.
- Collect data.
