About The Position

The Test Ride Ambassador for Cowboy in Rotterdam is responsible for introducing prospects to Cowboy's connected e-bikes through 1:1 test rides. This role involves hosting free test ride appointments, meeting customers at agreed points in Rotterdam, and guiding them through a short test ride experience. The ambassador must confidently answer questions about the bike's setup, features, range, theft protection, app, financing, and delivery. A key aspect of the role is creating a warm, 'wow' experience, as this is often the customer's only in-person interaction with the brand. Following up after the ride via message, email, or call to support the customer towards purchase is also required. The ambassador is expected to manage their schedule and availability and report outcomes. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing e-mobility brand.

Requirements

• You live in/near Rotterdam and know the city well
• You love cycling and can represent Cowboy with energy and professionalism
• Comfortable speaking with strangers and guiding them through a product experience
• Reliable, organized, and responsive
• Languages: Dutch + English

Nice To Haves

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (retail, hospitality, events, field sales)

Responsibilities

• Host free test ride appointments booked via our website
• Meet prospects at agreed points in Rotterdam, introduce the bike, and guide a short test ride
• Answer questions confidently (setup, features, range, theft protection, app, financing, delivery, etc.)
• Create a warm, “wow” experience: this is often the customer’s only in-person touchpoint with the brand
• Follow up after the ride (message/email/call) to support the customer toward purchase
• Keep your schedule and availability up to date and report outcomes
