Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience
• Substitute plus 7 years’ experience with no degree
• Ability to pass Public Trust / MBI background investigation
• Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Provide content strategy support to understand the needs of users.
• Design, plan and execute user research and identify product-level patterns, trends, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to support project activities.
• Participate in ongoing decisions regarding design, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement as related to the user’s experience.
• Meeting coordination, facilitation and note talking
• Other duties as assigned
