About The Position

Florida SouthWestern State College is seeking a part-time Test Proctor to support the administration and proctoring of on-campus and remote-from-home testing, including placement, make-up, and adaptive assessments. While some students may complete their exams remotely, all proctoring duties for this role are performed on campus. This position contributes to a student-centered, high-performance culture that emphasizes excellence in service, quality, productivity, and standards. Work hours vary and may include evenings and weekends as needed, with an expected 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in the operation and use of Windows based computers, including common software and internet-based programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to work hours outside of a normal business schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and proctoring of on-campus and remote-from-home testing.
• Proctor placement, make-up, and adaptive assessments.
• Perform all proctoring duties on campus.
