About The Position
Lead LNG/LOX rocket engine testing and hot-fire operations. Execute cryogenic loading, pressurization, purge, and safing procedures. Integrate and test propulsion and flight hardware assemblies. Perform leak checks, proof testing, and instrumentation setup. Fabricate and commission test stands for integrated and system-level testing. Partner with engineering on high-energy test safety requirements and reviews. Support launch site operations and pad activities. Lead and mentor technicians. Develop test procedures and safety documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of aerospace integration or propulsion testing experience
- Experience with cryogenic and high-pressure systems
- Test stand fabrication and commissioning experience
- Ability to interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings
- Ability to learn new tools, systems, or domains as needed
