About The Position

SA-TECH is seeking a Test Manager to support program efforts and success at the West Desert Test Center (WDTC) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), Utah. The WDTC is the nation’s designated Major Range Test Facility Base (MRTFB) for chemical and biological defense, supporting various testing efforts for the Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, private industries, and foreign Governments. The Test Manager will be responsible for developing customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches, as well as designing and developing schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and achieve operational objectives. This role involves coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets, developing work breakdown structures, implementing earned value management practices, and serving as the primary customer contact for program activity. The position requires managing all aspects of assigned projects.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) years of experience in areas of developmental, operational testing or training.
Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
Experience with the development of work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.
A commitment to maintaining a productive and collaborative working environment.
Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
U.S. Citizenship required and you must have a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire date and maintain this clearance throughout employment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical, as well as periodic retests.
All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver’s Record, and a Criminal Background Investigation.

Responsibilities
