Requirements
- 6-10 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing with proven leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in the telecom industry.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, bug lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (Octane, ALM).
- Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP).
- Experience with test data analysis using logging tools (Splunk, Datadog).
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (JIRA).
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer-facing capability.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience managing multiple offshore vendor teams to ensure on-time, quality project delivery.
- Strong ability to provide coaching and clarification throughout all testing phases.
- Full ownership of projects from requirements grooming through production delivery.
- Expertise in developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test cases and scripts.
- Strong capability in understanding project requirements, test planning, and test execution.
- Proficiency in conducting demos and presenting test artifacts and knowledge transfer to business and external stakeholders.
- Ability to implement innovative ideas and improvements in daily workflows to enhance delivery speed and quality.
