About The Position

This role involves performing automated and manual testing of product software and electrical systems. The technician will execute test requests, generate reports, and support the design, build, programming, integration, and validation of test systems. Responsibilities include configuring and utilizing test software, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, building test setups, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position also involves monitoring laboratory performance and recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• May be required to move materials up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in related field.
• Electrical and software experience, or experience in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual testing of product software and electrical systems following approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Execute test requests and generate test reports for internal and external customers.
• Support the design, build, programming, integration, and validation of test systems.
• Configure and utilize test software for automation, system control, and data acquisition.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, test systems, and lab spaces.
• Build and execute test setups using established procedures, tools, and techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor laboratory performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
