About The Position

The nLogic team is seeking a Test Lab Engineer at The Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Advanced Research Center (ARC). This position requires an understanding of ground testing in different lab environments and ability to work in a dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Test Lab Integration Team during ground test events, coordinate lab activities and communication, and make decisions on next steps. Other duties include managing lab configuration, creating reports/documentation, operating lab equipment, utilizing basic engineering troubleshooting skills, and executing configuration management best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field
Active Secret Clearance is required
History of working as a Test Engineer in a lab environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of one or more elements of the Missile Defense System
Collaborates well with customers to understand test requirements and test objectives
Experience in Documentation and Configuration
Willing to learn new things and share existing knowledge with others
Ability to recognize opportunities for efficiency
Adaptable to changing requirements
Exceptional problem-solving skills
U.S. Citizenship is required
Active, in-scope Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required.
