The Apertures and Radio Frequency Department is a team of engineers responsible for electrical design and development of RF products within Raytheon. Our charter is to provide expertise in sub-systems engineering, RF and radome design, digital apertures, antenna ranges and module test.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with RF test
Experience with test Hardware and Software integration
U.S. citizenship is required
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

Nice To Haves

Experience leading a project team
Experience with collaboration and reporting to program leads
Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within last five years.

Responsibilities

Lead test integration efforts for Near Field Probe Systems with focus on meeting cost and schedule goals
Partner with other team leads, cost account managers, and team members.
Communicate effectively with program leadership and customers as needed
Work through challenges quickly, elevate issues to technical SMEs when needed, and effectively lead their team to achieve success.
