The Sierra Space Summer Intern Academy runs for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027 for undergrad students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028. Participants work on meaningful projects, network with industry experts, and develop skills at one of our state-of-the-art facilities.

Requirements

Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
Expected graduation date between December 2027-June 2028.
Passion for solving problems by leveraging data and technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and self-initiative.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce
