About The Position

This position is responsible for the design and implementation of test procedures to determine if standards and criteria are not met. The specialist will recommend adjustments to the T & E process or detailed procedures if appropriate. They will be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including conducting audits and reviewing/analyzing data and documentation. The role relies on manual methods and automated test tools to execute tests, assessments, and collect data. The specialist will inspect, test, and measure data that is produced or consumed, and must be able to document, notify, brief, and discuss results. All initial findings will be recorded, and final test results will be documented in a designated formal report. The specialist will account for anomalies and errors found in testing, notify customers and management, and may help analyze and/or correct problems. Technical writing in accordance with JITC standards is required, along with a working knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Science Based Test Design (SBTD) in T & E Approaches.

Requirements

  • Related certification in a Military intelligence field (SIGINT, ELINT, GEOINT)
  • Eight (8) years of specialized and/or military experience
  • Experience in one or all of the fields of Signal Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence and Geospatial Intelligence.
  • Strong evaluation and report writing skills.
  • Top Secret Clearance (Must have clearance to start)
