We are seeking multiple early career Test Engineers in the Microcircuit Emulation Center at SRI International (formerly Sarnoff Corporation) to support the manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) and Advanced Microcircuit Emulation (AME) programs, the Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and interface (F3I) replacements for obsolete microcircuits. This capability supports production, redesign, and sustainment requirements for the life of a weapon system. SRI’s Microcircuit Emulation Center is a government-supported, U.S.-based Trusted foundry. This role is 100% on site in Princeton, NJ with no relocation assistance. READ MORE ABOUT OUR WORK HERE This role will support the manufacturing processes in the semiconductor industry and will be responsible for: Interpreting, defining, documenting, and implementing methods to perform accurate and efficient characterization and QML screening of microcircuits (digital, analog, and mixed signal technologies) Writing and debugging test programs for microcircuits to perform detailed wafer probe, device characterization and/or production QML screening Maintaining and improving methods for the test and measurement of microcircuits
