Requirements

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Test Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
  • This job requires a U.S. Person. A U.S. Person is a lawful permanent resident as defined in 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or who is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Responsibilities

  • Operate a wind tunnel used for the qualification and testing of air data sensors.
  • Assist engineers with upgrading the wind tunnels to improve long-term functionality.
  • Troubleshoot wind tunnels when there are failures.
  • Assist engineers with the analysis of data obtained in the wind tunnels.
