Then come and join our global team as a Test Engineering Co-Op. This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set and gain hands-on experience. As a Test Engineering Co-Op, you will be responsible for: Execute manual and automated test cases on integrated systems and components. Assist in developing, maintaining, and debugging test automation scripts (e.g., Python, C#, or similar). Analyze test results, investigate issues, and document findings in defect tracking systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, TFS, or Jira). Review logs and software changes to understand failure patterns at a high level. Support integration and regression testing activities for ongoing development projects. Collaborate with software developers to communicate defects and verify fixes. Contribute to improving test documentation, data setup, and lab organization. Participate in team standups, reviews, and quality discussions — learning real-world agile practices. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the areas and concepts below, and would like to develop your skills within Healthineers: Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred) or software testing concepts. Understanding of version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, majoring in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
  • Registered and eligible to participate in a co-op through your university
  • This position is open to candidates who are permanently authorized to work in the United States.
  • A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred) or software testing concepts.
