About The Position

As a Test Engineer I, you will have a collaborative and analytical role focused on ensuring our products meet real-world user needs. This engineer will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into effective test cases. The role involves hands-on data collection, assisting in the development of new test methods, supporting partner collaboration, and using analytical tools to help validate product performance and reliability.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer
1+ Yrs. Experience
Hands-on experience with data acquisition and using standard test equipment (e.g., accelerometers, strain gages, force meters, multimeters).
Familiarity with data processing and analysis using tools such as Python or MATLAB.
Basic proficiency with 3D CAD software (Creo preferred) for fixture design concepts.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working knowledge with some experience in Python scripting, Labview, C++

Responsibilities

Work with Engineering teams to understand product use cases and help align testing activities accordingly.
Set up and instrument tests to collect data using standard equipment such as accelerometers, strain gages, force meters, and multimeters.
Execute existing test plans and contribute to updating and aligning them with new learnings.
Assist in the design of basic test fixtures and jigs using CAD software (Creo preferred).
Process and organize test data for analysis by the engineering team.
Support engagement with JDM (Joint Design Manufacturer) partners by helping document test methods and preparing for audits of partner testing.
