In the assigned Job Role of Technology Associate, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Assist in coding and refinement of basic code structures in line with internal guidelines, to meet project's technical specifications. Assist in execution of test cases based on guidance and test plans, to meet functional requirements. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, to enhance system reliability. Requirements

  • hands-on experience in Android and iOS device testing, including test execution, defect validation, and issue analysis.
  • Hands-on experience testing Android and iOS smartphones/tablets across different OEM devices.
  • Experience configuring devices, installing software builds, applications, and test packages.
  • Ability to execute test cases, follow test procedures, and accurately document results.
  • Experience identifying and validating issues related to app behavior, UI responsiveness, crashes, battery consumption, thermal performance, and overall device stability.
  • Experience collecting device logs and creating clear defect reports for engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to test automation is an added advantage.
  • Networking or telecom testing experience.
  • Knowledge of APN configuration, band locking, NV changes, network troubleshooting, and log analysis.
  • Experience with network performance validation, signal testing, and connectivity testing.
