About The Position

KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at 2424 Garden of the Gods Road , with occasional work at 2050 Cygnet Heights facility as required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Test Director in all phases of test and evaluation, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks, and data management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or STEM equivalent
2-5 years of work experience
Active TS/SCI security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAP)
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong technical background in one or more of the following areas: Software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks, and data management

Responsibilities

Assist the Test Director in the timely planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of tests, ensuring adherence to all organizational guidance and policies
Prepare written materials, including charters, briefs, plans, and reports, to support test and evaluation activities
Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of military and civilian personnel
Communicate complex technical topics related to software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks, and data management. to a variety of audiences
