Requirements
- 9+ Years of Experience from Semiconductor industry
- Master or bachelor's in electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related.
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in IC test development or application development.
- Strong knowledge on Exascale architecture, SMT8 debug tools & TML experience is must
- Proven C/C++ experience and java programming skills
Nice To Haves
- HW design knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrated strong personal leadership & good team player
- Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
Responsibilities
- Develop new test methodologies and solutions for devices on Advantest V93K.
