About The Position

We invite a reliable and detail-oriented Test Engineer with solid manual testing experience to join Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll work across two teams – Website Development and Process & Automation – helping ensure the quality of internal web portals and applications. You'll be involved in supporting existing projects and building new solutions from scratch, collaborating closely with developers, BAs, and stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing
  • Solid understanding of testing theory, methodologies, and test design principles
  • Experience testing web applications, including UI and API layers
  • Hands-on experience with Postman and API testing
  • Working knowledge of databases and basic SQL queries
  • Experience testing forms and user flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems thinking mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of responsibility, adaptability, and resilience under pressure
  • Intermediate+ English level

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing clear test cases and maintaining test documentation
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments

Responsibilities

  • Test internal web applications and portals, supporting both new development and ongoing enhancements
  • Create and execute test scenarios for UI and API, focusing on forms and user flows
  • Validate new features to ensure consistent system behavior
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the team to resolve them
  • Prepare for releases and support related testing activities
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope
  • Participate in team meetings (stand-ups, bug triage, demos, estimations)
