About The Position
We are seeking a Test Engineer to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing test activities to ensure system quality, accuracy, and performance across applications, infrastructure, and integrated systems.
Requirements
- Experience in software testing, QA, or a related role
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and tools
- Experience executing test plans, scripts, and procedures
- Knowledge of test environment setup and validation
- Experience creating test reports and documenting results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute test events in alignment with approved test plans, procedures, and scripts
- Set up and validate test environments to ensure accuracy and readiness for testing activities
- Execute functional, integration, and system testing across applications, systems, and networks
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development and support teams for resolution
- Create and maintain detailed test reports, documenting results, defects, and overall system quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
- Support testing activities related to the Facets migration, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of defects and system issues
- Maintain documentation for test processes, environments, and outcomes
