About The Position

As a Test Engineer, a typical day might include evaluating new test technologies and methods, determining Design for Test (DFT) specifications and coordinating with engineering staff on new product design. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining test strategies for new and existing products that meet corporate objectives. Additionally, the Test Engineer will train production testing staff in the function, design, and maintenance of all testing processes on the production floor, and gather and analyze test data to improve test coverage and efficiencies.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience designing and developing production tests
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
• Experience with applicable programming languages

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in electronic design, manufacturing and testing
• Skill in design and construction of test fixtures
• Experience in writing test procedures and test documentation
