About The Position

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Milpitas, CA. Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager the Test Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.

Requirements

  • BS (MS preferred) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 5 -7 plus years of experience in Electrical Engineering or Computer electrical technologies.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electrical manufacturing and industrial with strong capabilities in product debug/FA, especially in AI computing manufacturing.
  • Able to understand AI product structures, operation theory, functional test methods.
  • Strong hand-on abilities, including hardware and test software experience.
  • Test setups in production areas and able to setup different kinds of testers, for example, DMM, Oscilloscopes
  • Understand AI product specifications; capable of interpreting electrical device block diagram, circuitry.
  • Strong knowledge in electrical manufacturing processes, and safety regulations and polices.
  • Being a team player with collaborative attitudes, willingness to coach and mentor team members.
  • Microsoft Office basic skills, including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Writing and reading skills.
  • Great communication skills with customers, and ability to present engineering and manufacturing issues to customers.
  • Ability to solve most critical engineering problems.
