About The Position

As a Test Engineer for the SC&I Businesses, you will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and maintaining Special Test Equipment (STE) for Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems (SC&I) Products. You will support or lead Design for Test (DFT) of High Volume Production Products, understand test procedures, automated scripts, post-processing tools, and test results. You will also operate and troubleshoot Voice and Data Encryption Test Equipment and supporting equipment. This role encourages innovation around design for test architectures, assembly, component selection, and STE design. Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing is valued. The position requires a collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development and identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense SECRET security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
