About The Position

As a Test Engineer a typical day might include the following: Collaborate with engineers and technicians in test development processes Lead testing efforts on multiple projects of varying complexity. Deliver the highest quality work on schedule. Establish project development plans and provide timely metrics on project status Design, develop, and maintain test strategies and specifications for new and existing products that meet corporate objectives Review and approve test plans, test programs, and validation documentation related to protection and automation in SEL devices. Pay Range Data We anticipate filling this position as an Test Engineer $97,740 - $144,460 per year. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. Requirements

  • A B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and developing production tests
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills
  • Experience in Python programming
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL
  • Negative drug test result(s)
