Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with RF required.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all production and repair test activities in support of assigned products.
Authors or edits procedures and documentation through change management process directly related to products.
Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
Works with assigned operations personnel to establish test plans and supports completion rates for test work cells.
Transitions test solutions between factories during product acquisitions.
Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or continuous improvement initiatives.
