Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, demonstrating technology use to customers and prospective users
  • Experience developing sof t war e source code using Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hard war e and sof t war e, and determining the most appropriate mechanism to correct issues
  • Experience as an intern
  • Ability to quickly react and adapt to a rapidly changing environment due to changes in system requirements, emerging technologies, and end-user requests
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Summer 2028
