This role will work with real-time hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) systems, tactical software & hardware, and digital representations of complex missile defense systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant working experience
Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) is required
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering using MATLAB or similar tools
Must have the ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex system behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences
Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple efforts
U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain the designated clearance level

Nice To Haves

Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools using MATLAB
Experience in real-time analysis using Linux/Windows Operating Systems
Experience with Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD)
Experience in C, C++, Linux/Unix operating systems, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Analysis tool design and development
Complex analysis on missile defense system and/or algorithm performance
Develop and maintain test cases to support software integration and system integration
Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts
Apply practical engineering knowledge across a broad range of established system engineering principles, concepts, and methods
Analyze and document results of test cases in software and hardware test report documentation
Develop system requirements to support system functionality
Other duties as assigned
