This position requires a Test Engineer 3 with expertise in Selenium, automated testing, and backend testing. The role involves analyzing system requirements, developing evaluation and test plans, preparing for and conducting data collection and analysis, and reporting status and results. The engineer will support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation, work with other test organizations for T&E program integration, and provide specialized T&E capabilities. Responsibilities include planning and executing performance analysis, assessing operational and system performance requirements, reviewing acquisition approaches, coordinating with Systems Engineering, assessing operational environments, analyzing performance risk areas, and specifying/validating Modeling and Simulation for T&E use. The role also involves planning and executing performance data collection, designing data sampling schemes, selecting and calibrating instrumentation, ensuring test readiness, establishing Data & Configuration Management capabilities, and supporting Data Authentication group functions. The engineer will provide technical direction and guidance for lower-level TEs, work directly with the Government sponsor, maintain knowledge of applicable standards, and provide overall leadership of the T&E task. This includes managing T&E resources and tasks, ensuring quality assurance, coordinating evaluation and testing tasks, communicating issues and solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring the appropriate level of independence from the solution provider.
