The company is seeking a Senior Test Driven Development (TDD) Engineer to join the FBM organization. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software. The successful candidate will champion TDD practices across multiple product lines, mentor developers, and collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements

  • Proficient in Java, C#, Python, Angular, or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Deep hands on experience with unit, integration, and UI test frameworks (e.g., JUnit/TestNG, NUnit, xUnit, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proven ability to work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments and apply DevOps principles
  • US Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience testing REST APIs and message driven services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and coach peers across multiple disciplines
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
