The Test & Code Compliance Coordinator for KONE Americas in Las Vegas, NV, manages local and district processes for scheduling and interfaces with Service/Repair Supervisors, customers, 3rd party inspection companies, and local regulatory bodies to schedule testing and inspections. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, collaborating with all levels of the organization, adapting to changing priorities, and demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A passion for quality and results, along with a commitment to promoting a safety culture, are essential.

Requirements

2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience
A High School education or equivalent
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Well Organized
Customer service mindset
Ability to multitask on a daily basis
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
Ability to thrive in areas where priorities change from time to time
Skillful with technological tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Manage local and district processes for scheduling, and interface with Service/Repair Supervisors, customers, 3rd party inspection companies and local regulatory bodies to schedule testing and inspections
Schedule and coordinate with Service/Repair Supervisors and Repair Operations Specialist in scheduling of other planned repairs to support efficiency in managing technician and crew schedules
Work with Branch Staffs on expectations, processes, and information required from Staffs to support Testing and Code Compliance processes
For Branches not on ATI Tender Creation, create billable tenders for testing and inspections for customers, follow-up to obtain approval, create Billable Service Orders and requisition parts as required
Lead, coordinate, and maintain accuracy of Automatic Test and Inspection Database (ATI), SAP contractual testing requirements and report out to General Manager, Service and Solutions weekly
Track, manage permits and communicate completed inspections to government agencies and customers
Adapt to and implement changes as a result of tracking and monitoring local regulatory directives / violations and requirements, Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) code compliance
Invoice dispute management on billable testing and inspections
