About The Position

SHAZAM is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating functional, regression, and user acceptance test automation for the Company’s supported software applications. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, including the development and execution of automated test scripts, Java development (preferably using Visual Studio Code), database concepts, and writing SQL queries to support testing efforts.
Experience using defect tracking and issue management tools is required.
Proficiency in a programming language is required, with a preference for Java or a C-based language.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Experience with a test management tool is preferred.
Exposure to mobile application testing and Sauce Labs is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute test automation as part of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Document the success and failure of automated tests for metrics gathering and reporting independently.
Schedule and execute automated test scripts on appropriate hardware resources during specified test periods.
