Test Auto Engineer II
About The Position
We're hiring a Test Automation Engineer II to be responsible for the development and maintenance of automated tests for software used by insurance market and restoration professionals. The Test Auto Engineer II supports overall product quality by contributing to both automated and manual testing efforts, working independently on well-defined problems while collaborating closely with QA teammates, developers, and other stakeholders. This role contributes to testing strategies, test design, and automation improvements, including helping evolve existing automation solutions and frameworks over time. Depending on experience, the Test Automation Engineer II may also assist in improving test architecture, patterns, and reuse. The role begins leveraging AI-assisted testing approaches, as guided by team practices, to improve test coverage, efficiency, and insight. This role is based in our Lehi, UT office which offers a flexible hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
- Ability to contribute to both automated and manual testing efforts.
- Capability to work independently on well-defined problems.
- Strong collaboration skills with QA teammates, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of testing strategies and test design.
- Experience with automation improvements.
- Familiarity with evolving automation solutions and frameworks.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing approaches is a plus.
