Position Overview: The Test/Assembly Technician works under the direction of the Production Supervisor in a cleanroom environment to perform product assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting. This role is a key contributor to ensuring product quality and supporting production goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
Proficient use of written and verbal English
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to utilize test equipment and tools related to assembly and troubleshooting
Ability to read and understand diagrams, procedures, drawings and schematics
Ability to work in clean room environment
Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds.
S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly of electro-mechanical chemical delivery systems
Conduct functional testing of production assemblies
Troubleshoot and repair basic issues in prototype and production systems
Analyze and document test results accurately
Assist in evaluating and repairing returned products
Follow established procedures, drawings, and schematics
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on continuous improvement efforts
Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized workspace
Adhere to all safety and cleanroom protocols
