About The Position

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead enterprise quality engineering initiatives and define end-to-end testing strategies across commercial insurance applications. The role requires strong expertise in test automation, application architecture, and modern quality engineering practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, UI, mobile integrations, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale automation frameworks.
• Expertise in test strategy, quality engineering, and automation architecture.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with development, architecture, and testing teams to drive automation adoption.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Commercial Insurance or Property Casualty (PC) insurance domains.
• Exposure to Duck Creek and related insurance platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define overall test strategy and end-to-end test architecture.
• Design and implement scalable, reusable test automation frameworks.
• Drive automation strategy across UI, API, mobile, integration, database, and cloud-based applications.
• Establish and standardize automation frameworks, testing patterns, and quality engineering best practices.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and QA teams to improve test coverage and delivery quality.
• Provide technical leadership on complex testing challenges and quality solutions.
• Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing initiatives.
