About The Position

BryceTech is currently looking for a Test and Evaluation Analyst III to support operations in Frederick , MD, for CPE CBRND Medical. This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of complex developmental and operational testing for CBRN medical diagnostic systems, ensuring all requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with Defense Acquisition and FDA regulatory standards. They will manage multi‑Service stakeholder engagement, develop and maintain TEMPs and test criteria, oversee corrective actions, and produce high‑quality documentation, reports, and meeting outputs to support program decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Possess a PMP or DAWIA Level II certification.
  • Possess demonstrated experience working with products subject to FDA regulations.
  • Possess demonstrated experience working with products in development through the Defense Acquisition System (DAS).
  • Possess demonstrated experience working multi‑Service Testing and Evaluation (T&E) programs; specific experience in technology transfer (T2) and related agreements is preferred.
  • Possess strong analytical skills for evaluating system performance and excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Possess the ability to travel for test events when needed by the client.

Responsibilities

  • Provide acquisition planning, research, and analysis in support of JPdL Diagnostics’ T&E activities, including planning and execution of T&E, coordination with key stakeholders, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) for both developmental and operational testing, including defining test objectives, methodologies, and acceptance criteria; review test plans, coordinate required safety releases, and review test reports and data from program performers.
  • Lead program‑specific Technical Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs) with key CBRN T&E stakeholders (Army Evaluation Command (AEC), Service‑specific organizations, etc.) in coordination with Government staff.
  • Coordinate with the Logistician, APM, Systems Engineer, and Cybersecurity Specialist on specific test requirements and systems/consumables needs prior to and after any test event.
  • Independently interface with test sites and performers on behalf of the government, including collecting cost information, facilitating scheduling of events, and coordinating systems/consumables requirements before and after test events.
  • Interact with AEC, Lead OTAs, and Service representatives to help determine criteria for evaluating CBRN Medical Diagnostic systems and components, ensuring all requirements are testable and operationally relevant; translate mission scenarios into test cases, establish success criteria, and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix; record meeting minutes and maintain version control over test criteria documentation.
  • Devise plans and execute those plans to remedy deficiencies and shortfalls identified during testing in accordance with Joint and Service Test processes and procedures, ensuring corrective actions are implemented by the program team and performer.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and create and distribute presentation materials in PowerPoint format ahead of each Technical WIPT meeting and other test‑focused meetings as needed.
  • Support CPE‑ or CBDP‑level T&E meetings as requested.
  • Deliver comprehensive meeting minutes within five business days following each event, clearly documenting all action items; provide After Action Reports (AARs) within ten business days after test events, tabletop exercises, demonstrations, workshops, and other relevant activities; submit key documents, including draft and final versions, as required.
  • Travel within CONUS for one test event per year (five days) and support five local engagement meetings each year.
