About The Position

The Testing & Compliance Lead will own the end-to-end test process for Markets+ across multiple phases, including WRAP, Energy Accounting, OMS, Settlements, and the Markets+ go-live. This role serves as the qTest owner/coordinator, ensuring test cases are properly structured, testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and pass/fail expectations are met across workstreams. The lead will ensure consistency between vendor-provided test cases and TEP testing requirements, and that execution evidence is consistently captured in qTest, even if draft scripts originate elsewhere. Documentation must meet audit and compliance expectations. The role involves coordinating UAT, integration testing, connectivity testing, and market trial tests across internal teams and vendors. The lead will be the primary point of accountability for testing status, risks, defects, and readiness reporting, tracking and reporting these to program leadership. They will support go-live decisions with objective readiness assessments and ensure alignment between training and test artifacts with the Training and Readiness lead. The position requires coordinating testing activities across IT, business teams, PCI, and SPP, and acting as the escalation point for testing risks, defects, and concerns.
