About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst (SDET) with a focus on automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing web applications built with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular and/or React. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accessibility of our design system components and web applications, adhering to WCAG 2.1 standards. This role requires a proven track record in QA engineering, with a preference for experience in financial services or enterprise environments. You will be involved in creating comprehensive test plans, executing test cases, and utilizing automation tools to integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, preferably in a financial services or enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in testing web applications built with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Angular and/or React.
• Demonstrable ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and associated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
• Proficiency in one of the programming languages such as Java, Python, VB Script or JavaScript
• Proficient Experience with tools such as JIRA, Zephyr
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
