ClearCaptions is seeking a customer-centric, social individual passionate about helping Seniors. The Territory Training & Sales Manager will primarily conduct company installs from leads in customer homes (90%) and spend the remainder of their time generating referrals and building relationships within the community. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The role involves installing and training customers on ClearCaptions equipment and services, creating leads through referrals and partnerships, and educating consumers about their entitlement to the equipment and service. The company is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) – certified telephone captioning provider focused on improving the lives of the hard-of-hearing by enabling communication.
