About The Position

Step into a leadership role where you can grow, inspire and Make Your Mark with Hallmark. This is a part-time leadership role where you will supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple stores. You will ensure departments are well-stocked and organized, oversee seasonal transitions, and address store concerns. You will also lead or assist with new or updated store installations and department resets, ensuring Hallmark’s high merchandising standards are maintained. This role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work and managing time effectively across multiple locations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Comfortable using smart phone technology
• Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
• Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks
• Strong communicator and motivator
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable
• A problem-solver who leads by example
• Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
• Regularly lift 30 - 50 lbs.
• Push, pull, kneel, squat, stand and walk for extended periods
• Work on sales floors and in stockrooms

Responsibilities

• Address store concerns and execution challenges
• Build strong relationships with store management to deliver top-notch results

• Ensure Hallmark’s high merchandising standards are maintained
• Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in store work
• Manage time effectively across multiple locations
