About The Position

THE SEALS is looking for a motivated Territory Sales & Service Representative to help grow our customer base within the commercial kitchen industry. This role combines outside sales with light installation work, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with restaurant owners while also completing simple service projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new customers, and building a sales pipeline while also using basic hands-on skills.

Requirements

  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable talking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
  • Strong work ethic and goal-driven attitude
  • Basic handyman or mechanical skills
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outside sales or service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prospect restaurants and commercial kitchens within your assigned territory
  • Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and kitchen staff
  • Identify opportunities to improve kitchen equipment performance and efficiency
  • Present solutions and close new sales opportunities
  • Track sales activity and customer information in our CRM system
  • Perform installation of refrigeration gaskets and related kitchen components
  • Conduct site visits to identify additional service opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
