About The Position

This is a part-time (3 days/week) entry-level opportunity to launch a career in pharmaceutical sales with ImpactBio, supporting the launch of Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). Pivya® has a proven history in Denmark and is now entering the U.S. market. The role is designed for motivated, coachable individuals eager to learn and follow a proven sales model, offering hands-on experience and a clear path to full-time pharmaceutical sales for high performers. This position is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with potential for expansion into a full-time role or transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
• Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance-driven environment
• Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
• Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
