About The Position

Lakeshirts, a leader in the resort apparel market since 1984, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover Texas. This role involves partnering with the National Sales Manager to grow sales, build customer relationships, and expand the retail footprint. The representative will sell a collection of resort apparel, headwear, stickers, socks, and lifestyle accessories, helping retailers create memorable customer experiences. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional experienced in prospecting, account management, territory growth, and relationship-based selling. The territory includes all of Texas, and candidates can reside anywhere within the state.

Requirements

• Sales experience in apparel, outdoor, leisure, resort, or custom products preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and develop new business
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Comfortable with regular territory travel
• Ability to see, hear, read, write, analyze, assess, calculate, make decisions, follow directions, communicate effectively, exercise judgment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

• CRM experience, including Salesforce, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Grow territory through consistent outreach, follow-up, and service
• Present products showcasing artwork, quality, and brand story
• Prospect new business and expand account base
• Stay current on product launches, styles, and industry trends
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Deliver WOW-level customer service to drive repeat business
• Travel throughout the territory and pursue growth opportunities
